So you know the full price before we start. Each package has a defined scope and a set number of revisions, and anything extra is priced clearly before we build it.

With every website or store we build: domain, hosting, SSL, support and maintenance are free for the first year. After that, domain, hosting, SSL and support renew annually based on your package (from EGP 4,000 for websites and EGP 5,000 for stores), and maintenance is priced per site.

By the scope of each system — we set the price after a free discovery call. Complex projects start with a paid discovery phase.

For projects: 50% upfront when we start and 50% on delivery. We accept bank transfer, InstaPay and mobile wallets.

Most websites and stores are built on WordPress and WooCommerce, some sites on faster modern technology, and Shopify on request.

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and the site and its files are yours. From Presence upward you get full admin access and a dashboard; with Launch you receive a complete copy of your site after it's built. If you ever move elsewhere, we hand over the site and its files.

A fixed monthly management fee based on platforms and campaigns, including ad design. The ad budget is separate (from EGP 10,000 a month), and a landing page or follow-up system is priced separately if needed.
