We provide it to businesses in Egypt and the Gulf with full MX, SPF and DKIM setup, device configuration and ongoing management. Email is included from the Presence package upward for websites and stores, and available on its own in packages of 2 to 10 mailboxes from EGP 3,000 a year.

FAQs
How many mailboxes come with my website package?
It depends on your package: for websites, 2 with Presence, 5 with Growth and 10 with Signature; for stores, 5, 10 and 20. Each mailbox has 1 GB, and you can add more.
Does the Launch package include email?
No. Launch includes hosting and SSL without email — you can add an email package or upgrade to Presence.
Can I use my business email with Gmail or Outlook?
Yes. It works with the Gmail app, Outlook, Apple Mail or any mail app, plus webmail in any browser — and we set it up on your devices for you.
What happens to my email if I move my website?
Your address is tied to your domain, so it stays with you. Moving mailboxes and old messages needs a separate migration we handle with you, and we manage DNS changes carefully so mail keeps flowing.
Why do my emails go to spam?
Usually because SPF, DKIM or MX records are missing or misconfigured. We set them up correctly — one of the most important delivery factors, alongside sender reputation and how the mailbox is used.
Is 1 GB per mailbox enough?
For most business use, yes — it holds thousands of text emails. If you regularly send large attachments, tell us and we'll recommend more space.
Do I need a website to get business email?
No. Email packages are available on their own — all you need is a domain.
