aizenia built an automated content system for a well-known online baby and mother products store in Egypt: it turns a content plan in Google Sheets into articles built to SEO and GEO standards, delivered as WordPress drafts that the store's team reviews before publishing. Between 1 July and 26 September 2026 it published 103 articles, 95% of which bring in traffic, at EGP 4,000 a month to run versus more than EGP 25,000 for manual writing and SEO (not counting the store team's review time).
The client
A well-known online store for baby and mother products in Egypt. We've worked with them for years: we built the website and still run it today. The goal of this project was awareness and search traffic, not direct sales.
The problem: content depended on people
The site had an archive of about 1,000 articles written over the years. Production needed a content writer, an SEO reviewer and a designer for images, at more than EGP 25,000 a month.
Even so, one month brought 30 articles, the next 10, and some months none at all. SEO standards weren't applied consistently, and 36% of the archive got no visits in the last 28 days.
The insight: the problem was consistency, not writing
In late 2025 the team tried writing with AI help and a clearer structure. Of just 33 articles, 4 became top-10 pages on the site for visibility in Google's AI results. But the work stayed manual, and it stopped after 3 months.
The system: from a plan in Google Sheets to a ready article in WordPress
- 1
The team adds topics and keywords to a Google Sheet.
- 2
The system builds the article outline and writes it to SEO and GEO standards, so it shows up in Google and in AI assistants' answers.
- 3
Every article passes an automatic quality review.
- 4
The system creates a featured image with the brand name, plus its alt text.
- 5
The article lands in WordPress as a draft, and the team reviews it before publishing.
- 6
The sheet updates each article's status. If a step fails, it is flagged so the team knows where the article stopped.
Built in one month. Tools: n8n, Google AI models, WordPress.
Results (1 July – 26 September 2026)
95% of the system's articles bring in traffic, versus 64% of the old archive.
31.6 visits per article in the last 28 days: 2.3x the manually written archive, although the new articles are under 3 months old.
82% of their traffic comes from Google search. The top article brought 705 visits in 28 days.
+23% organic search site-wide versus the same period last year, the strongest quarter in 15 months (a site-wide indicator, not attributed to the system alone).
Visible in AI assistants: 769 visits to the site from AI assistants this quarter. Content built to GEO standards makes the site an easier source for these tools to rely on.
EGP 4,000 a month to run the system, versus more than EGP 25,000 for manual writing and SEO (not counting the store team's review time).
